4 Park Gardens

This historic townhouse at 4 Park Gardens was restored back to it’s original grandeur. This involved removing the office conversions and moving away from it’s mundane commercial configuration and returning the building to it’s residential roots as an stately ‘A’ listed townhouse.
No.4 Park Gardens was meticulously restored to ensure all period features where restored, ensuring all modern amenities were incorporated into each apartment. By utilsing all five levels, we were able to intigrate three Luxury apartments into the building. Ground / Basement was converted into a three bed Duplex Apartment. The First Floor was retained as a single level two bedroom Apartment with an open plan kitchen and living space, with views across Kelvingrove Park. The Second Floor and Attic space was transformed into a large Duplex flat which allows for a three bedroom apartment.
